Known Limitations in CTPOS Release 9.3R1

  • Partition Switching on CTP151 Nodes—When switching between partitions on a CTP151 node (one partition running 9.3R1 and the other running 9.2R1/9.1R5/9.1R6 to 9.1R6-5 or earlier), As the write-protect is enabled in CTPOS 9.2R1, SE/TE-B cards are not backward compatible with the FPGA acorn package released in 9.1R5/9.1R6 through 9.1R6-5 (versions 0x4_1 and 0x5_1). In this case, the node reboots three times with SE/TE-B cards, leaving the SE/TE card version unchanged in 9.1R5/9.1R6 through 9.1R6-5.

  • Workaround:

    With the 9.1R6-6 FPGA acorn package, cards can be downgraded to versions 0x4_1 and 0x5_1.
