Creating a Single POP
You can use the POPs page to create a network point of presence (POP) and its associated resources.
Creating a single POP involves adding several types of objects. The sections in this topic describe how to add each type of object to a POP in Administration Portal. You must finish the steps in each section to create the objects that you need for a single POP and to save the POP successfully.
Adding Information About the POP
To add a single POP and to add basic information to the POP:

Enter the name of the POP. You can use an unlimited number of alphanumeric characters, including special characters. Example: north-east. |
Street Address |
Enter the street address. You can use an unlimited number of alphanumeric characters, including special characters. Example: 1133 Innovation Way |
City |
Enter the name of the city. You can use an unlimited number of alphanumeric characters, including special characters. Example: Sunnyvale |
State/Province |
Enter the name of the state. You can use an unlimited number of alphanumeric characters, including special characters. Example: California |
ZIP/Postal Code |
Enter the zip code or postal code for the country. You can use an unlimited number of alphanumeric characters, including special characters. Example: 94089 |
Country |
Select the name of the country. Example: USA |
