Resolved Issues in Juniper Cloud-Native Router Release 24.2
- JCNR-4171: Ping between IPv6 kernel pod interfaces intermittently fails—Ping
between IPv6 kernel pod interfaces with JCNR deployed as a CNI in L3 mode failed
intermittently with
Destination unreachable: Address unreachable
error message. This issue has been resolved. - JCNR-5627: IPv6 traffic limitation on IRB interface—Previously, JCNR did not allow IPv6 packets with size over 1490 bytes through an IRB interface. This limitation no longer exists and IPv6 packets with size 1518 bytes can be successfully transmitted through an IRB interface.
- JCNR-5621: [ECMP] Flow stickiness not working for SR-MPLS ECMP—Previously, flow stickiness for IPv6 traffic with SR-MPLS was not functional. This issue is now fixed.
- JCNR-6339: JCNR configured with BGP unnumbered peering on L3 sub-interfaces intermittently causes component pods to crash—Previously, when L3 VLAN sub-interfaces were configured on JCNR with BGP unnumbered peering, the cRPD and vRouter pods might crash intermittently when restarted. The issue is now resolved.
