Overview

Nutanix Event Notification Service Workflow

The Nutanix Event Notification Service Workflow performs the following tasks:

  1. Monitors Nutanix infrastructure for changes

  2. Detects network, VM, and virtual switch events

  3. Automatically triggers corresponding AWX job templates

  4. Executes Ansible playbooks to maintain Apstra configuration

  5. Provides comprehensive logging and monitoring

Deployment Paths

There are two deployment paths available:

  • Use your existing single-node or multiple-node Kubernetes cluster.

  • Use an automated script to install a single-node Kubernetes cluster if you don't have an existing Kubernetes cluster configured.

    Note:

    As noted, the automated Kubernetes installation script (k8s_deploy.sh) creates a single-node cluster only. If you need a multi-node cluster, install Kubernetes manually.
