Note on Control Center YANG Models

Upgrading Control Center, and specifically the netrounds-confd_<version>_all.deb package, may replace the Control Center YANG model with a newer version. This is relevant for orchestration solutions which rely on that YANG model and on the NETCONF & YANG API. The Control Center YANG model netrounds-ncc.yang is found under /opt/netrounds-confd/.
