Replace Power Supplies on the QFX5250 Switch

Maintaining the QFX5250 includes removing and installing power components.

Liquid-Cooled QFX5250 Switch

There are no additional steps to install or remove power in a liquid-cooling system in QFX5250. When you install the QFX5250 switch on the ORv3 rack, the IT Gear Input Connector on the switch slots into the corresponding busbar on the ORv3 rack. When the switch is correctly installed, it powers on automatically.

Note:

Ensure that the ORv3 rack is powered on.

When you slide out the QFX5250 switch from the ORv3 rack, the switch automatically disconnects from the rack's power supply and shuts down.
