Replace Cooling System on the QFX5250 Switch

Maintaining the QFX5250 switch includes removing and installing cooling components.

Liquid-Cooled System

There are no additional steps to install or remove the liquid-cooling system in QFX5250. When you install the QFX5250 switch on the ORv3 rack, the UQDB06 plugs on the switch slot into the corresponding inlet and outlet manifolds on the ORv3 rack. When the switch is correctly installed, the liquid-cooling system is functional.

When you slide out the QFX5250 switch from the ORv3 rack, the switch automatically disconnects from the liquid-cooling system.
