PTX10002-60MR Power System
The PTX10002-60MR power system includes AC or DC power supply units and related power cords and cables.
The chassis is designed with 1+1 power supply units (PSU) redundancy and supports both AC or DC PSUs. The PSUs are installed in the rear panel of the chassis. The PSUs have inbuilt fans for cooling and the PSU area has a separate baffle to manage cooling.
The router supports the following PSUs:

A combination of PSU types is not supported on the same device. The system must have only same type of PSUs - either 2 AC PSUs or 2 DC PSUs. The system does not support mixed mode, that is,1 AC PSU and 1 DC PSU. To transition from 2 AC PSUs to 2 DC PSUs and vice-versa, remove and replace one PSU at a time.

PTX10002-60MR DC Power Supply Units
The router supports 2200 W, 48/60 V, AFO PSUs. Each PSU has a single DC input and provides 12 VDC output with a standby voltage of 12 VDC.
Each DC PSU weighs approximately 3 lb (1.36 kg) and consists of a handle, an ejector lever, a terminal block that provides a single DC input (–48/–60 VDC and return), a built-in fan, and an LED to monitor the status of the PSU. The DC PSU requires a dedicated customer-site circuit breaker. We recommend that you use a dedicated customer-site circuit breaker rated for 80 A (80 VDC), or as required by the local code.
