vGW Series Integration with the VMware Environment

This chapter explains how to integrate the vGW Series with the VMware infrastructure. It also explains the two VMSafe installation modes that are used to install the product. In both modes, the vGW Security Design VM automatically makes configuration changes to the VMware vCenter. This automatic process lowers administrative complexity and reduces configuration errors. You can use the vGW Security Design VM to automatically remove these configuration changes later if necessary.
