Configuring Destination NAT—Quick Configuration

You can use J-Web Quick Configuration to quickly configure destination NAT.

To configure destination NAT with Quick Configuration:

  1. Select Configuration > Quick Configuration > Firewall/NAT > Destination NAT. See Figure 107.
  2. Click Add. The Quick Configuration screen for destination NAT appears as shown in Figure 108.
  3. Fill in either an IP address range or a single IP address with its port number. See Table 149 for more information on these options.

Destination NAT

Name

Name for the destination NAT.

Specify a name for the destination NAT.

IP Address Range

A range of IP addresses for destination address translation. Multiple address ranges can be specified in a pool.

Specify an address range, a low IP address to specify the start address in the range and a high IP address to specify the end address in the range.

For example, 30.1.1.0 to 30.1.1.255.

IP Address

IP address to which destination IP addresses are translated.

Specify an IP address. This can be a fixed IP address for a subnet.

 

Port

(Optional) Port number to which destination IP addresses are translated.

Specify a port number.
