Edit Services offload

Enable services offload

Specifies whether to enable or disable services offloading for the selected FPC and PIC on the chassis.

Select or clear the check box to enable or disable services offloading for the selected FPC and PIC on the chassis.

Note: The Enable services offload box must be selected if you want to select the Enable per session statistics and Enable low latency boxes.

Enable per session statistics

Specifies whether to enable or disable per session statistics.

The counter captures the number of bytes that the network processor sends out. You can configure the statistics counter feature for each PIC.

Enable low latency

Specifies whether to enable or disable low latency for the network processor.

The low-latency configuration knob allows you to configure the mode of the network processor’s traffic manager on the egress path. If low latency is enabled, the network processor is initialized without the traffic manager, thus reducing the overall latency in services offload.
