Virtual Server Configuration Page Options

  1. Select Configure>SLB>Virtual Server.

    The Virtual Server configuration page appears. Table 32 explains the contents of this page.

  2. Click one:
    • Add—Adds a new or duplicate virtual server configuration. Enter information as specified in Table 33.
    • Edit—Edits a selected virtual server configuration.
    • Delete—Deletes the selected virtual server configuration.
  3. Click one:
    • OK—Saves the configuration and returns to the main configuration page.
    • Commit Options>Commit—Commits the configuration and returns to the main configuration page.
    • Cancel—Cancels your entries and returns to the main configuration page.

Virtual Server List

Destination Address

Displays the destination IP address, also known as the virtual IP (VIP) address, for the virtual server.

Protocol

Displays the protocol to be used by server load balancing (SLB) as it directs traffic to one of the real servers represented by the virtual server.

Destination Port

Displays the destination port for the virtual server or displays the name of a well-known application to represent the port number, such as http for port 80 or ftp for port 21.

Real Server Group

Displays the real server group specified as the default load balancing policy.

Disable

Displays that disable mode is specified for the virtual server.

SSL Termination

Displays the name of the profile configured for the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) termination service.
