USB modems are supported on the J-series Services Routers as a backup for a primary Internet connection and for remote management. The J-series Services Routers can be configured to “fail over” to an USB modem when the primary connection experiences interruptions in Internet connectivity.
You can use the configuration editor to configure the USB modem and its supporting dialer interfaces.
