srv6 (BGP)

Syntax

Hierarchy Level

Description

Enable IPv6 segment routing capability in BGP. You can also configure BGP-based Layer 3 services over the SRv6 core network with BGP as the control pane and SRv6 as the dataplane.

Options

locator locator-name

Specify a name to identify the locator.

end-dt4-sid end-dt4-sid

(optional) Specify the SID to enable IPv4 transport over SRv6 core network.

end-dt6-sid end-dt6-sid

(optional) Specify the SID to enable IPv6 transport over SRv6 core network.

end-dt46-sid end-dt46-sid

(optional) Specify the SID to enable endpoint decapsulation of outer IPV6 header and lookup of the inner IPV4 or IPv6 packets in specific route table,

micro-dt4-sid micro-sid-value (optional) Specify a static micro SID value 16-bit or 32-bit. If you do not specify the micro SID value for IPv4 prefixes, BGP allocates a dynamic micro SID value.
micro-dt6-sid micro-sid-value (optional) Specify a static micro SID value 16-bit or 32-bit. If you do not specify the micro SID value for IPv6 prefixes, BGP allocates a dynamic micro SID value.
micro-dt46-sid micro-sid-value (optional) Specify a static micro SID value 16-bit or 32-bit. If you do not specify the micro SID value for IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes, BGP allocates a dynamic micro SID value.
non-default Use this option to configure multiple service SIDs. Specify non-default SIDs through a BGP routing policy. Note that you can use this option for service prefixes only.
