Usar SLE e información de Mist con API
Cuando utiliza el portal de Juniper Mist para supervisar el funcionamiento de su red, obtiene información sobre lo que está sucediendo antes de que se convierta en un problema. Puede ver la red desde múltiples puntos de vista: inalámbrico, por cable, WAN y otros. Además, puede usar las herramientas que Juniper Mist™ proporciona para solucionar y corregir posibles problemas.
El panel principal de Mist en Monitor > Service Levels presenta los resultados del motor de correlación y análisis predictivo (PACE), en forma de métricas de expectativa de nivel de servicio (SLE). Las SLE aprovechan el aprendizaje automático y Mist PACE en la nube de Juniper Mist. Con estos recursos, las SLE convierten la telemetría de transmisión desde los puntos de acceso (AP) en visualizaciones que representan la experiencia de red de los usuarios finales casi en tiempo real. Al igual que con todo lo que se ve en la GUI de Mist, la información de SLE e Insights también está disponible en la API.
SLE
Puede resultarle útil recopilar información sobre SLE específicos para utilizarla con fines de informes históricos o para activar otras automatizaciones. Al igual que otras llamadas a la API, comienza por determinar de qué punto de conexión desea recopilar datos. A continuación se muestra un ejemplo de la solicitud GET de API para el getOrgsSitesSle

Ideas
Insights proporciona una visión general de la experiencia de red en todo el Sitio, los puntos de acceso o el cliente inalámbrico. Es un gran lugar para comenzar cuando se revisa en un sitio.
Para encontrar información de Insights, realice una solicitud GET en uno de los siguientes puntos de conexión de Insights:
- GetSiteInsightMetrics
- GetSiteInsightMetricsForDevice
- GetSiteInsightMetricsForClient

Métricas y clasificadores
Los puntos de conexión de SLE e Insights de Juniper Mist admiten métricas y clasificadores. Las métricas rastrean si el nivel de servicio cumple con el valor de umbral configurado. Si una métrica no alcanza el umbral, esta falla puede atribuirse a uno de los clasificadores para comprender mejor dónde ocurrió la falla.
Los extremos de SLE e Insights a menudo requieren el metric
argumento. Esto se debe a que, además de las estadísticas sin procesar o la configuración, Mist expone valores calculados resultantes del análisis interno de datos. En lugar de crear una función de API única cada vez que se agrega una nueva característica de análisis de datos, Mist expone solo un puñado de funciones, pero usa el metric
argumento para especificar qué valores de datos derivados se deben recuperar.
Para obtener una lista de métricas de información, puede emitir la siguiente llamada GET:

Cálculo de porcentajes de SLE
La tasa de éxito de la métrica SLE se calcula como un porcentaje de la frecuencia con la que se alcanzó el umbral durante el período de tiempo seleccionado. Los clasificadores también se calculan como porcentajes, pero estos valores indican su impacto hacia el error principal.
Por ejemplo, la siguiente captura de pantalla muestra que Time to Connect tuvo éxito el 96% del tiempo; Todos los clientes que se conectaron correctamente de 3:00 a 4:00 pm completaron el proceso de conexión dentro del umbral de cuatro segundos.

La tasa de éxito de esta métrica (%) se deriva del punto de enlace de la API "Resumen de métricas".

Supervisión de SLE
Los datos de SLE se actualizan cada diez minutos. Sin embargo, las SLE son propensas a fluctuaciones cuando se monitorea con esta granularidad. Por lo tanto, se recomienda consultar intervalos de 1 hora utilizando la hora explícita de inicio y finalización, y sondeando solo una vez por hora.
