Ejemplo: interfuncionamiento de EVPN-MPLS con una topología MC-LAG
En este ejemplo se muestra cómo usar Ethernet VPN (EVPN) para extender una red de agregación de vínculos multichasis (MC-LAG) a través de una red MPLS a una red de centro de datos o una red de campus distribuida geográficamente.
El interfuncionamiento EVPN-MPLS es compatible con una topología MC-LAG en la que dos enrutadores de la serie MX, dos conmutadores EX9200 o una combinación de los dos dispositivos de Juniper Networks funcionan como pares MC-LAG, que utilizan el Protocolo de control entre chasis (ICCP) y un vínculo entre chasis (ICL) para conectar y mantener la topología. Los pares MC-LAG están conectados a un dispositivo perimetral de proveedor (PE) en una red MPLS. El dispositivo PE puede ser un enrutador de la serie MX o un conmutador EX9200.
En este ejemplo se muestra cómo configurar los pares MC-LAG y el dispositivo PE en la red MPLS para que interfuncionen entre sí.
Requisitos
En este ejemplo se utilizan los siguientes componentes de hardware y software:
Tres conmutadores EX9200:
PE1 y PE2, que funcionan como pares MC-LAG en la topología MC-LAG y pares BGP EVPN en la red superpuesta EVPN-MPLS.
PE3, que funciona como un par BGP de EVPN en la red superpuesta EVPN-MPLS.
Los conmutadores EX9200 ejecutan el software Junos OS versión 17.4R1 o posterior.
Aunque la topología MC-LAG incluye dos dispositivos perimetrales de cliente (CE), este ejemplo se centra en la configuración de PE1, PE2 y PE3.
Descripción general y topología
La figura 1 muestra una topología MC-LAG con dispositivos perimetrales de proveedor PE1 y PE2 configurados como pares MC-LAG. Los pares MC-LAG intercambian información de control a través de un enlace ICCP y tráfico de datos a través de una ICL. En este ejemplo, la ICL es una interfaz Ethernet agregada que se compone de dos interfaces.
La topología de la figura 1 también incluye los dispositivos CE CE1 y CE2, ambos de host múltiple para cada dispositivo PE. Los vínculos entre CE1 y los dos dispositivos PE se agrupan como una interfaz Ethernet agregada en la que se configura MC-LAG en modo activo-activo.
La topología de la figura 1 también incluye PE3 en el borde de una red MPLS. PE3 funciona como la puerta de enlace entre la red MC-LAG y un centro de datos o una red de campus distribuida geográficamente. PE1, PE2 y PE3 ejecutan EVPN, que permite a los hosts de la red MC-LAG comunicarse con hosts del centro de datos u otra red de campus mediante una red MPLS intermedia.
Desde la perspectiva de la función de intertrabajo EVPN-MPLS, PE3 funciona únicamente como un par BGP de EVPN, y PE1 y PE2 en la topología MC-LAG tienen dos funciones:
Pares MC-LAG en la red MC-LAG.
Pares BGP EVPN en la red EVPN-MPLS.
Debido a las funciones duales, PE1 y PE2 se configuran con atributos MC-LAG, EVPN, BGP y MPLS.

El único tipo de instancia de enrutamiento que se admite es la instancia de conmutador virtual (
