Because of the device's size and weight—up to 163.5 lb (74.2 kg) depending on the configuration—we strongly recommend you install it using a mechanical lift as described in Installing the Services Gateway Using a Lift. Before installing the device, you should have prepared your site and reviewed the guidelines in Preparing the Site for Services Gateway Installation.
