vSRX Factory Default Settings
vSRX requires the following basic configuration settings:
- Interfaces must be assigned IP addresses.
- Interfaces must be bound to zones.
- Policies must be configured between zones to permit or deny traffic.
 | Note: The management interface, fxp0, and the revenue interfaces, ge-0/0/0 and ge-0/0/1, require the creation of dedicated virtual switches in Hyper-V. You can create a virtual switch using either the Microsoft Hyper-V Manager or Windows PowerShell. See Adding vSRX Interfaces for details. |
