Modifying Failover Server Parameters (SRC CLI)
To modify failover server parameters:
Issue the show sae drivers brief command to view the router or device instances.
Issue the request sae modify device failover virtual-router-name virtual-router-name command to modify failover server parameters.
(Optional) To modify the IP address of an alternate SAE server to which a router can reconnect when this driver closes its connection, use the ip-address option. This option is not applicable to the PCMM device driver.
user@host> request sae modify device failover virtual-router-name virtual-router-name ip-address ip-address(Optional) To modify the port of an alternate SAE server to which a router can reconnect when this driver closes its connection, use the tcp-port option. This option is not applicable to the PCMM device driver.
user@host> request sae modify device failover virtual-router-name virtual-router-name tcp-port tcp-port(Optional) To specify whether the device driver sends its own failover IP address and port to the router when it closes its connection, use the use-failover-server option. This option is not applicable to the PCMM device driver.
user@host> request sae modify device failover virtual-router-name virtual-router-name use-failover-server(Optional) To specify that no confirmation is requested before the software modifies the parameters, use the force option.
