Configuring the SAE to Manage Devices Running Junos OS (C-Web Interface)

A device running Junos OS interacts with the SAE by using a Junos OS process called sdxd. When the sdxd process establishes a TCP/IP connection to the SAE, the SAE begins to manage the router. The driver configuration of the router running Junos OS defines parameters related to the interactions between the SAE and the sdxd process.

To configure the SAE to manage JunosE routers:

    1. Click Configure, expand Shared>SAE>Configuration>Driver, and then click Junos.

      The Junos OS pane appears.

    2. Click Create, enter information as described in the Help text in the main pane, and then click Apply.
