Creating and Editing User Profiles
Use this page to create additional user accounts or modify existing accounts for Sky ATP. Multiple users can log into Sky ATP at the same time.
Before You Begin
- Review the Modifying My Profile topic.
- Note that if multiple administrators are editing the same window at the same time, the last session to save their settings overwrites the other session’s changes.
Configuring User Profiles
To add additional administrator accounts:
- Select Administration > Users.
- Enter the information described in Table 1 below.
- Click OK.

Enter a string beginning with an alphanumeric character. |

Enter a unique string at least 8 characters long. Include both uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and at least one special character (~!@#$%^&*()_-+={}[]|:;<>,./?); no spaces are allowed, and you cannot use the same sequence of characters that are in your username. Note that your username for Sky ATP is your e-mail address. |
