Known Issues

This section lists the known issues in hardware and software in Policy Enforcer version 16.2R1.

  • Enrolling devices to Sky ATP through Policy Enforcer takes an average of four minutes to complete. [1222713]
  • The first time you open the Monitoring pages, you will receive an Error occurred while requesting the data message. This also happens the first time you open the Top Compromised Host dashboard widget. As a workaround, click your browser refresh button to refresh the page and display the information. [1239956]
  • Tracking and quarantine endpoint blocking fails when a host is moved to a different VLAN but on the same switch. Tracking works as expected when the host is moved to a different switch, or is moved within the same VLAN and on the same switch.

    As a workaround:

    • Remove the infected host from the Monitoring > Hosts page in Security Director.
    • On the Junos Space Network Management Platform user interface, select Devices > Device Management. Select the same host to resychronize and select Device Operations > Resynchronize with Network from the Actions menu.
    • On the Hosts page in Security Director, block the same infected host (assuming the host is still sending traffic on your network.) [1254776]
