Overview of License Management

Juniper products require a license to activate the features on the platforms. To enable a licensed feature, you need to purchase, install, manage, and verify a license key that corresponds to each licensed feature. To conform to Juniper licensing requirements, you must purchase one license per feature per device. The presence of the appropriate license key on your device determines whether you are eligible to configure and use the licensed feature.
