Software Specific License Terms:
Juniper grants End User a right to Use the NFX JunOS Security Base Software features on one NFX250 for each license granted. No other features of the NFX250 are licensed hereunder. Each license may be used on a single NFX250 and may not be transferred to any other NFX250.
The NFX JunOS Security Base Software features licensed are limited to:
• IPSec VPN
• NAT
• Stateful Firewall
• Routing services – BGP, OSPF, DHCP, IPv4 & IPv6
The license key you will receive and the software activated by it is subject to US Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and other export control laws and regulations, and export, re-export or other diversion contrary to any such laws and regulations is prohibited. Special download, export and re-export prohibitions may apply depending upon the encryption content of the software and what it is used for. Without limiting the above, you may not export or re-export, directly or indirectly, the NFX250 hardware or software (i) to any of the following locations: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and the regions of Sevastopol and Crimea; (ii) to anyone on a US or EU sanctioned parties list (including, among others, the US Denied Persons List, US Entity List, or the US Unverified List) (iii) to any government end user outside the countries listed in Supplement 3 to Section 740.17 of the US EAR as the NFX250 is classified as a so-called “ENC Restricted” item under subsection 740.17(b)(2) of the EAR. Furthermore, import, distribution or use of NFX250 in any of a number of countries, including Russia and other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, may require local country license.
