Preparing to Upgrade and Integrate a Line-Card Chassis

 

To prepare to upgrade and integrate a line-card chassis (LCC):

  1. Upgrade the Junos OS.
  2. Set the LCC chassis ID. See Setting the Chassis ID and M/S Switch on the LCC-CB.
  3. Set the LCC mode. See Configuring the LCC Mode for the Line-Card Chassis.
