Site Preparation Checklist for an EX Series Redundant Power System

 

The checklist in Table 1 summarizes the tasks you need to perform when preparing a site for Redundant Power System (RPS) installation.

AC Power Cords and RPS Cables

For a list of parts supplied with the RPS, see Parts Inventory (Packing List) for an EX Series Redundant Power System

Set up the switches and RPS such that connections can be made using the RPS cables and power supply cords, each of which is 1.5 m long.

Ensure that you have enough AC power cords and RPS cables:

  • Each power supply requires one power cord.

  • Each connected switch requires one RPS cable.
