| Yellow | On steadily or blinking | Indicates activity on the hard drive. |
| Red and green alternately | Blinking | Indicates that the Routing Engine is booting and the firmware is checking if a PC card is installed. |
Green | On steadily | Indicates that the Routing Engine booted from the PC Card. |
