Description

LEDs

One bicolor per E1 port:

  • Off—Port not enabled
  • Green—Physical E1 link is up; individual subchannels can be down
  • Red—Physical E1 link is down

  • Out of frame (OOF)
  • Failed signal rate (FSR)

Instrumentation (counters)
