MX2000 Three-Phase Wye AC Power Distribution Module Description
three-phase wye AC PDM weighs approximately 12 lb (5.44 kg).
A metal wiring compartment contains two AC terminal blocks and ground
GND. One AC terminal block consists of
three input terminals that serve six PSMs and the second terminal
block serves three PSMs. The terminal block on the far left is labeled
N1 (bottom to top). The second terminal block
N2 (bottom to top). The PDMs
are located at the rear of the chassis in slots
PDM1/Input1, (bottom to top). LEDs
provide the status of the PDM. Figure 1 shows the three-phase
wye AC PDM.
The three-phase wye AC PDM terminal blocks will be flipped depending on which slot the PDM gets plugged into.
Figure 2 shows the three-phase wye AC PDM connections.
The three-phase wye AC PDM must be installed and secured in the chassis before connecting the power input cables. If the PDM must be removed, both input power cables must be uninstalled and removed from the PDM before the PDM can be removed from the chassis. The MX Series chassis is not sensitive to phase rotation sequence—either CW or CCW will operate correctly.
