SRX3600 Services Gateway Chassis Grounding Point

To meet safety and electromagnetic interference (EMI) requirements and to ensure proper operation, the services gateway must be adequately grounded before power is connected. A pair of threaded holes are provided for connecting the services gateway to earth ground on the rear of the chassis. Figure 77 shows the chassis ground point on the services gateway.

Note: Additional grounding is provided to an AC-powered services gateway when you plug its power supplies into grounded AC power receptacles.
