Listing the SRX1400 Services Gateway Component Serial Numbers with the CLI

Before contacting Juniper Networks, Inc. to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), you must find the serial number on the device or component. To list all of the device components and their serial numbers, enter the following command-line interface (CLI) command:

Most components also have a small rectangular serial number ID label attached to the component body.

Note: To list all of the serial number of the NSPC, use the serial number of FPC 1 or FPC 3 in the show chassis hardware command output.
