Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.

Description

Closes all destinations, tunnels, and sessions and prevents the creation of new destinations, tunnels, and sessions for the router. This command works in conjunction with the l2tp drain command. Both commands affect the status of the administrative state of L2TP on the router; the l2tp shutdown command sets the administrative state to disabled. The no version enables the creation of new destinations, tunnels, and sessions for the router.
