Syntax

ip pim ssm [ default | range ipAccessList ]

no ip pim ssm

Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.

Description

Enables SSM and defines the SSM range of IP multicast addresses. The no version disables SSM on the router.

Options

• default—Specifies that SSM use the IANA-specified range of 232/8
• ipAccessList—Name of the IP access list that specifies the range of multicast addresses you want SSM to use
