Syntax

show tech-support [ [ description ] [ filter ] | defunct-commands ]

Release Information

Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.

Description

Displays technical support information for use in troubleshooting the router. Runs various commands to collect the information. By default, this command requires level 15 access.

Options

• description—Any string you wish to include that describes the problem that prompted you to run the command
• filter—See Filtering show Commands
• defunct-commands—Displays commands that hang the system and cause the commands to be ignored until the hang condition for that command clears; clearing the hang condition can require a reboot of the router
