[ no ] network ipNet maskWildCard area { areaId | areaIdInt }

Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.
Description
Defines the interfaces on which OSPF runs and the area ID for those interfaces. The no version deletes OSPF interfaces, ranges, and areas.
![]() | Note: Before you issue this command, you must first configure one or more interfaces with an IP address that is within the range specified by ipNet. Create address ranges that do not overlap; you can attach only the same range of interfaces to a single area. |
Options
- ipNet—Network number
- maskWildCard—Wild-card mask for the network number
- areaId—OSPF area ID in IP address format
- areaIdInt—OSPF area ID as a decimal value, in the range 0–4294967295
