Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.

Description

Configures a local subscriber (when one cannot be obtained externally, as in PPP) for a dynamic upper interface encapsulation type configured over a dynamic ATM 1483 subinterface. A subscriber supports authentication and configuration from the RADIUS server. The no version removes the subscriber.

Options

• upperInterfaceType—One of the following dynamic encapsulation types:
  • bridgedEthernet
  • ip
• user—Employs the username as specified
• user-prefix—Appends the interface physical location to the username
• userName—RADIUS username
• domainName—Domain name
• password—Employs the password as specified
• password-prefix—Appends the interface physical location to the password
• password—RADIUS password
• no-authenticate—Disables authentication
