Example: Configuring 802.1x Authentication (J-Web)

In this example, you configure the username and password that the access point ap-1 uses to validate itself with an 802.1x authenticator.

Before you configure an access point, you must specify the MAC address of the access point being configured. See AX411 Access Point Configuration Overview.

1. Select Configure>Wireless LAN>Settings.
2. Under AP Name, select ap-1, then click Edit.
3. In the Edit - Access Point window, select the Basic Settings tab.
4. Under Dot1x supplicant, enter the username Ap-496 and the password Tn734axc.
5. Click OK.
