Example: Configuring Radio Settings (J-Web)
This example shows how to configure radio 1 on the access point ap-1 with the following settings:
- Radio mode: IEEE 802.11b/g/n
- Channel: 6
- Channel bandwidth: 40 MHz
- Maximum stations: 100
- Transmit power: 75%
Before you configure an access point, you must specify the MAC address of the access point being configured. See AX411 Access Point Configuration Overview.
- Select Configure>Wireless LAN>Settings.
- Under AP Name, select ap-1.
- Under Radio ID, select radio 2, then click Edit.
- In the Edit - Radio window, select the Radio Settings tab.
- For Radio mode, select bgn.
- Next to Channel, enter 6.
- For Channel bandwidth, select 40.
- Click More.
- Next to Max stations, enter 100.
- Next to Transmit power, enter 75.
- Click OK to return to the Radio Settings tab.
- Click OK.
