Release Information
Statement introduced in Release 10.0 of Junos OS.
Description
Configure the SIP time-out parameter used by the SRX Series survivable call server (SRX Series SCS) as the watch period during which it determines if the peer call server is no longer reachable.
The SRX Series SCSr assumes that the peer call server cannot recover from the fault condition if it does not respond to keepalive messages within this period of time. After the specified time-out period expires without response from the peer call server, the SRX Series SCS assumes responsibility.
Options
sip-timeout—SIP time-out period during which the peer call server must response to keepalive messages to remain in control.
- Range: 16 to 120 seconds
- Default: 32 seconds
