Statement introduced in Release 10.0 of Junos OS.

Description

Specify the number of times the telephone for the person referred to as the live attendant may ring before the call is forwarded to auto-attendant for handling. Calls are forward to auto-attendant after business hours and when the live attendant is unavailable during business hours.

When a call is directed to it, auto-attendant plays the following message:

“Welcome to Integrated Convergence Services automated attendant. Please enter your party’s extension or press 1 to reach voicemail.”

Options

number-of-rings—Number of times the live attendant’s telephone may ring when calls are directed to it before they are redirected to the extension number for auto-attendant.
