Statement introduced in Release 10.2 of Junos OS.

Description

Defines the ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI) type for the CT1 interface. This option is valid for a virtual channelized T1 ISDN PRI. The media-type option appears in the hierarchy of only SRX210 and SRX240 Series Services Gateways with Integrated Convergence Services.

Note: If media-type voice is specified, calling-number, incoming-called-number, spid1, spid2, static-tei-val, dialer-options, and tei-options are not valid. Choosing any of these options with media-type voice will result in a commit failure.

Options

voice: Indicates that the ISDN PRI is for voice only.
data: (Default) Indicates that the ISDN PRI is for data only.
