Release Information
Statement introduced in Release 10.2 of Junos OS.
Description
Configure a station group and associate with it the member stations that compose the group.
Pickup, ring, and hunt groups refer to station groups, not to individual stations, to identify the members that belong to their groups. Pickup groups can include only stations (phones) of the same type, such as all SIP phones or all foreign exchange station (FXS) phones, but not a mix of them.
A member can belong to more than one group at the same time.
Martin, can a user belong to any of these three types of groups concurrently? Is it really done that way? Wouldn’t a user be very busy?Options
station-group-name—Name of the group to which the stations belong.
station-group-members—Names of the stations to be included in the group. When a station is added to a group, the user of its phone effectively becomes a member of the group.
Required Privilege Level
