Hierarchy Level

Release Information

Statement introduced in Release 10.0 of Junos OS.

Description

Define a policy for a class-of-restriction configuration that specifies whether a particular type of call is allowed or denied. You can create multiple policies for a class-of-restriction configuration. A class-of-restriction configuration can be applied to a station to enforce its policies for that station or it can be assigned to a station template.

If a policy specifies that a class of call is allowed, the call is routed, if the called number matches a digit pattern in the dial plan. For example, if a policy specifies that long-distance calls are allowed, the telephone user is allowed to make long-distance calls.

Options

policy-name—Name of a policy.
