Release Information

Statement introduced in Release 10.2 of Junos OS.

Description

Configure a hunt group to include members whose stations are associated with a station group. When a call comes in on the logical extension configured for the group, it is directed to the first station configured in the station group, and that phone rings. If the user picks up the phone, the call is connected. If the user does not pick up the phone, the system continues to ring the phone for the number of seconds specified by the ring-timeout parameter, after which it tries the next phone whose station is specified in the station group, and so on.

Options

hunt-group-name—The name of the hunt group representing the members who belong to it and the logical extension used for it.

logical-extension-number—The extension number for outside parties to call.

ring-timeout—The time in seconds after which the system stops ringing a phone in the group attempting to connect the call to it.
