Statement introduced in Release 10.0 of Junos OS.

Description

Music on hold allows for music to be played for all calls that are placed on hold. The music is played from a previously uploaded file. Use this statement to specify the file formats. You can specify that one or more file formats are to be used.

Options

ulaw—μ-LAW. A companding algorithm typically used in the digital telephony systems of North America and Japan. Specify ulaw if you want to use files of this format, or specify all to include it.

alaw—A-LAW. A companding algorithm typically used in the digital telephony systems in which signals are carried over E-1 circuits, such as Europe. Specify alaw if you want to use files of this format, or specify all to include it.

all—Use all supported formats.
