This example shows how to configure Integrated Convergence Services call parking to allow users to place an active call on hold. Later, the original user can pick up the call or another user can pick it up.

Requirements

Before you begin, read Understanding Integrated Convergence Services Call Parking.

Overview

This example configures call parking with a parking lot that includes 6 parking slots where calls that are placed on hold are parked. The example specifies the logical extension 700 for the parking lot and associates the 6 slots with it.

Implicitly, the configuration specifies the extension numbers 701, 702, 703, 704, 705, and 706 for the parking slots. Slot extension numbers are increments of the logical extension number.
