The router chassis is a rigid sheet metal structure that houses the other hardware components. The chassis is 17.5 in. (44.5 cm) wide and 21 in. (54 cm) deep. The chassis height of 14 in. (36 cm) enables stacked installation of five M20 routers in a single floor-to-ceiling rack. For more information, see Rack Requirements.
The two front-mounting brackets or center-mounting brackets (one on each side) extend the chassis width to 19 in. (48.3 cm).
