Troubleshooting the TX Matrix Plus Host Subsystem
Problem
During normal operation, the blue OK LED on each TXP-CB is on steadily, indicating that the host subsystem is functional.
The following indicate a problem with the host subsystem:
- The OK LED on the TXP-CB is off.
- The FAIL LED on the TXP-CB is lit green when the host subsystem detects a fault.
- An alarm indicates that a host subsystem has been removed or failed.
Solution
The text in the column labeled ”LCD Message” appears in the display of the craft interface. The text in the column labeled “CLI Message” appears in the output from the show chassis alarms command.
