Verifying TX Matrix Plus Router Parts Received
A packing list is included in each shipment. The packing list specifies the part numbers and descriptions of each part in your order.
To verify that you have received all parts:
- Verify that the items on the packing list are included in the parts in the main shipment (see Table 1).
- Verify that all parts for the four-post rack and open-frame rack (see Table 2 or Table 3) have been received.
- Verify that all parts for the cable managment system (see Table 4) have been received.
- Verify that all parts in the accessory box (see Table 5) have been received.
- Verify that all parts in the tool kit (see Table 6) have been received.
- If any part is missing, contact a customer service representative.
