Removing the Center-Mounting Brackets
If you are installing the router in a four-post rack or front-mounting the router in an open-frame rack, you must also remove the mounting brackets from the chassis.
- To remove the mounting brackets from the chassis for a front-mounting, loosen the screws at the top and bottom of each bracket (see Figure 1).
